1009 - Virtual Call Centre Agent

Position: Dedicated Virtual Call Centre Agent
Anticipated Start Date for this Position is as early as February.

We are currently recruiting for Virtual Call Centre Agents who will have ability to work-from-home-office on commission to setup appointments for our various outside sales representatives (easy work). For higher commission and challenge, agents have the ability to complete sales over the phone. Outbound cold-calling, telemarketing and business-to-business sales experience is an asset and highly-preferred.

We are requesting working schedule of minimum 4 days per week and up to 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, anytime during business hours of 12:00 am to 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time. A highly comprehensive training will be provided online that will be in duration of two to four weeks!

What you will need...

==> Dedicated phone line (preferrably with unlimited incoming/outgoing plan for back-up purposes)
==> Personal computer
==> High=-quality headset with microphone
==> Webcam (for continual training purposes)
==> Computer Softwares (MS Office, Bria, X-Lite, ooVoo and Skype)
